Our story

Built in the Gallatin Valley

XIP Construction was founded on years of hands-on experience across Montana's demanding building conditions. What started with roofing has grown into a full exterior and general-contracting operation serving homeowners from in-town Bozeman neighborhoods to custom estates in Big Sky.

We're big enough to take on complex, high-end projects — soldered copper roofs, standing-seam metal, historic restorations — and small enough that the person quoting your job is the person who cares how it turns out.

Every project gets the same thing: honest advice on materials and cost, a clean and respectful jobsite, and a finished result detailed to last through Montana winters.
